When the steel pipe is used as the hanger of the lamp, the inner diameter of the steel pipe should not be less than 10 mm; the wall thickness of the steel pipe should not be less than 1.5 mm.
The light wires of the hanging chain lamps should not be pulled, and the light wires should be braided with the hanging chain.
Both ends of the cord of the cord chandelier should be protected by buckles; the core wires at both ends should be tinned.
For the lamps installed in a row in the same room or place, the centerline deviation should not be greater than 5 mm.
Fluorescent lamps, high-pressure mercury lamps and their accessories should be used together, and the installation location should be convenient for inspection and maintenance.
Fixation of lamps should be firm and reliable. There should be no less than 2 screws or bolts for fixing each lamp; when the diameter of the insulating table is 75 mm or less, 1 screw or bolt can be used for fixing.
Before installation, the lamp and its accessories should be complete, and there should be no defects such as mechanical damage, deformation, peeling paint and broken lampshade.
According to the installation location and use of the lamps, the minimum cross-section of the wire core leading to each lamp should comply with the relevant regulations.
When installing electrical lighting devices in masonry structures, pre-embedded hooks, bolts, screws, expansion bolts, nylon plugs or plastic plugs should be used for fixing; wooden wedges are strictly prohibited. When the design is not specified, the load-bearing capacity of the above fixings should match the weight of the electrical lighting device.
In high-risk and special hazardous locations, when the height of the lamp from the ground is less than 2.4 meters, the lighting lamp with a rated voltage of 36 volts or less should be used or protective measures should be taken. The lamp should not be installed directly on combustible objects; when the high-temperature parts of the lamp surface are close to combustible objects, heat insulation and heat dissipation measures should be taken.
In the substation, no lamps should be installed directly above the high-voltage and low-voltage distribution equipment and busbars.
The height of the outdoor installation lamps should not be less than 3 meters from the ground; when installed on the wall, the height should not be less than 2.5 meters from the ground.
(1). The lamp should be fixed on a special frame, the wire should not be close to the lamp housing, and there should be a margin in the lamp box, and the frame of the lamp should be closely attached to the ceiling surface.
(2). The frame of the rectangular lamp should be parallel to the decorative straight line of the ceiling surface, and the deviation should not be greater than 5 mm.
(3). For open-type lamps combined with fluorescent tubes, the tubes should be neatly arranged, and the metal or plastic spacers should not be distorted.
