How to protect yourself as a buyer

I am in the lighting field about 16 years. As a china lighting exporter, light supplier & lamps manufacture these years. We supply chandeliers, pendant lamps, wall sconces, table lights & floor lamps. I meet many lighting buyer and also lighting fixtures factories. Let me share how to protect yourself as a buyer.

 

We are in the lighting city of china guzhen. As a buyer, before you arranged the deposit to the lighting suppliers or light factories. Please pay attention to the following points

 

1.       If the lighting items you ordered meet your local electrical standard and your local customs requirement

2.       Check carefully all the points showed in the proforma invoice.include the light fittings order quantity , size, finishing and price. Also payment terms , delivery time and account details

3.       Before you pay the balance payment, You can ask the lighting manufacturer send you the lighting items and packing pictures for your confirmation. Of course you can come in person or send your agent if you have to there and check everything
