The most in-house furniture and lighting design exhibition in Northern Europe is a great opportunity to enjoy the Nordic design.
The most notable feature of konstantin grcic's collaborative project "noctambule" is the cylindrical shape of transparent glass. This series of beautiful modules containing transparent glass can be stacked on top of each other to create floor lamps or chandeliers, and can be complemented by glass domes or tapered heads.
At the flos booth, visitors can also find chandeliers from michael anastassiades. The chandelier consists of two intersecting rings and is treated with a slap-on lamination technique, which has been common in the flos brand since the early 1960s. The “overlap” is displayed in a light yellow space, and the environment also enhances the soft tone of the chandelier itself.
“Sawaru” is a sculptural basic luminaire consisting of two separate cylinder structures that can be contacted at three different angles to allow the user to change the direction of illumination according to individual needs.
This series is inspired by the soul of Svenskt Tenn, the design of the design Terrazzo by Josef Frank. In the production process, it is a century of experience in the Venice crystal glass blowing process, showing the style of precision and romance.
